MEET YOUR TEAM

In today’s world, a company’s future depends on how it values its people. When people feel
valued, they become loyal, trusted, and driven to succeed. We’re not just motivated, we’re determined to make a difference.

Jeff Honsowetz, CPA

President

Jeff’s not just the President of Interject, he’s the dean of data-driven spreadsheets! A career CPA turned tech expert, Jeff’s spent his working life making the data world better by bridging the gulf between business and technology. He’s a visionary, a sage, a data Yoda. The technical savvy Jeff’s gained over the years is an inspiration to our team, especially considering all the new tricks this old dog’s still learning. So is his loyalty to the Vancouver tech community. Jeff’s the Chair of Education for Portland SIM, the Treasurer at Oregon SQL, and is on the Planning Committee for SQL Saturday Oregon. Plus, Jeff’s an avid Meetup organizer and goer and an enthusiastic kids coding club supporter. Sleep? Nah, he’ll write a program for that.

Isabela Honsowetz

Enterprise Sales Associate

Scalpel-sharp focus meets spreadsheet sorcery as Isabela keeps Interject’s sales engine humming and customers smiling with a witty comment, caffeine, and auto-updating sheets. A fresh face in full-time tech, she juggles roles such as pipeline wrangler, email whisperer, sticker designer, junior PM, and camp counselor to the company group chat. Certified EMT? Check. Wilderness First Responder? Check. CNA? Why not. CAPM studies and med-school ambitions ride shotgun, but for now, she’s busy nudging every task (and teammate) toward the win column.

Stan Morin

Controller

Stan is a controller, an HR department, a project manager, and generally the ruler of all that is important. His approach to healthy management may be inspired by his veganism, but it certainly ensures Interject’s behind-the-scenes ops go off without a hitch. Backed by years of experience in everything from pharmacy to fleet management, there’s nothing he can’t handle. In fact, Stan also manages Notary Cafe, an Interject sister company serving notaries in the mortgage industry. Stan’s passion for fitness regularly makes us feel bad, and by the time most of us get out of bed, he’s already got hours of training under his belt. Cool Asics! Do they come with kale?

Victor Callegari

Senior Full Stack Developer

Victor: Cool name, cool guy. Victor’s programming talent is surpassed only by his unshakable work ethic. In addition to his tech qualifications, like a forthcoming MSCE, Victor learned some accounting on the side so he could really feel our clients’ pain. He’s an information pro with the .Net dexterity to back it up. Victor’s an integral part of our team, maybe even the liaison to our future Latin markets. Just don’t cross him, or his army of guinea pigs will be on you faster than an Interject data stream. (Don’t ask.)

Ritta Gladchuk

Full Stack Developer

If you ever need help wrangling rogue data or even a wayward housecat, Ritta’s your go-to. Our resident machine-learning maven is halfway to an MSCS and already speaks fluent Python and SQL, usually while belaying up a climbing wall or assembling the next masterpiece in her Lego metropolis. Hand her a tangled code puzzle and she’ll crack it like a seasoned cryptographer, spin up new frameworks before the coffee cools, and still find time to construct an impromptu masterpiece. Don’t let the calm demeanor fool you: beneath that book-lover’s exterior is a model-tuning powerhouse.

Ronald Salinas

Data Developer

Not to brag, but Ronald can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under 20 seconds. And when he’s done with that, he’ll make your SQL queries nearly as lightning-fast. A graduate in Computer Science from Oregon State University, Ronald’s interests sit on the bleeding edge of computer vision and data optimization. But who are we kidding, we hired him mostly to teach us how to dance. You see, Ronald’s moves on the Dance Dance Revolution floor are just as slick as his chops with the Cube. He’ll put your DB into hyper-speed without skipping a beat. Guinness records? He’s got his eye on ’em.

Nathan Hering

Software Developer

Nathan came to Interject after training and interning at the Tech Academy. Originally tasked with sprucing up a legacy .NET app, Nathan’s impeccable eye for detail and powerful problem-solving meant that he soon ditched the old and jumped into the new! Nathan now claims major successes supporting our primary offerings – from leading middle-tier development and client relationships for key app, to helping spearhead brand new products. He’s also a stellar contributor to our SQL Saturday events and, of course, our semi-annual Star Wars Premieres. It kind of goes without saying (which means we’re going to say it): the Force is strong with this one!

Grant Wade

Senior Engineer

At Interject there are two types of people: those with a reasonable number of cats, and Grant. But as long as he keeps sending us cat pics, we’ll let it slide. Not to mention Grant’s technical wizardry is crucial for the team, backed by years of taking things apart just to sate his curiosity (and no, we don’t mean cats). Like all of us, Grant is fascinated by tech, but he also has an artsy side, studying videography before earning his Bachelors in Computer Science. Are we secretly hoping he’ll make a film with all those feline friends? Of course. Is that the main reason we hired him? Um…

Quinlan Boney

Data Engineer

Rock climber by dawn, piano virtuoso by dusk, API whisperer by day. Quinlan flexes both halves of his brain like it’s nothing. He leveled up on indie game projects (yep, every pixel is his) and now channels that same creative grit into the data pipelines powering Interject. Need a tricky deployment smoothed, a UX hiccup ironed, or a rogue query optimized? He’ll top-rope the problem like a slab at Smith Rock, one immaculate pull request at a time.

Isaac Best

Software Engineer

When Isaac’s not trading jabs in the boxing ring or gliding through a tango step, he’s delivering clean, impactful code with the precision of both a scientist and a software engineer. With degrees in Biology and Computer Science, he moves seamlessly between lab logic and full-stack finesse. One minute he’s untangling a tricky SQL query, the next he’s demonstrating a perfect sweep, just in case the company needs a bodyguard with commit access.
