TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Experience managing tech products and projects (demonstrated knowledge of best practices)
Leadership-level software dev experience or equivalent
Proficiency in SQL and cloud services
Proven ability to straddle business and engineering, picking up domain specific language

Work with internal stakeholders to turn business needs into requirements
Inspire consensus and determine what success looks like
Work with designers, devs, and experts to scope and build requirements
Create timelines in concert with the dev team
Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies
Gather results from user testing and guide products toward feedback. Be the person fixing problems.
Be the first line of support and issue resolution
Draft and disseminate release notes across all necessary channels
Communicate new opportunities that arise from continual client training
